Here's some behind the filming secrets to how I photographed some of the scenes from this show:

EPISODE 10 - Finale:

Here's what the Halloween party set looked like from afar, setup on 2 card tables. I used red and blue cellophane over my lights to get the club mood.  Foam board covered with contact paper for the wood floor, and a large piece wood wall siding for the white floor.

EPISODE 7 & 8:

Simone and Hunter's reappearance in their house was done with more of the cellophane wrapping and then the warp effect in Corel Paint Shop Pro:

The Flying Alien Baby was wrapped in cellophane, tied by a string and hung on a dowel above the diorama room:

EPISODE 6:

The Alien Abduction:

I wrapped my Star Wars Millennium Falcon in pink plastic cellophane clear wrapping I got at Micheal's because it really easy to do special effects on it in Corel Paint Shop Pro when it's already reflective and a different color.  Then I rolled another piece and taped it to the bottom of the ship to make it look like they were beaming up Simone and Hunter. My mom had to hold the ship in a hover for the scene as I shot:

I also used the same tube of cellophane around the tied up couple and just pointed the camera down inside it for this shot, then added the warp pen to all the right spots in the Paint Shop Pro:

EPISODE 5:

The Well

All my sets involve foam core board and clamp on can lights. For the Well scene I used a large piece of brick looking wallpaper I bought in a roll from Home Depot and stuck it down under the dirt in an empty plant pot for the walls and dirt.  The rock was already in there from the back yard and looked more real.  I put the camera up above to take the down in the well shots.

FBI OFFICE:

I used several pieces of foam board pinned together in various ways to make 3 separate rooms for this office. You'll see more of it in Episode 6.  There's an interrogation room in the back, a front office and Henry's personal office. One of the foam board walls I cut out a window with an exacto knife and placed thin wood slats for window panes.

Inside the Interrogation room: The ugly table I made from wood pieces bought at Michaels, the folding chairs I got at UniToyZone.com
